Refund Policy

We will always do our best to make MLM software. Rocket MLM will honor the agreement starting with a signed proposal/agreement/payment with each customer to provide the service agreed upon. Rocket MLM will not share any confidential information or data without your consent.

We are not selling a physical item and thus, it cannot be returned. And for that and other reasons, we will not be able to provide a refund in any case. We, however, understand that unusual circumstances may occur due to the nature of the products we offer. Therefore, we guarantee our customers that from the beginning of the project, our technical team will be assisting you in all regards until the project is finished. There will be no chance for any disappointment on the customer’s side as we will finish the project in time as per the customization requirements and expectations of the customer. So, we assure the customers that the need for a refund will not arise.

In view of the fact that there will be no refund in any case, customers/users are free to try our software demo, explore it and understand everything before buying our software. Moreover, we provide free technical support after the purchase of our software and our support team will be available 24/7 to help you in any regard with the software.

Cases, where customers are eligible to get their refund:

If we haven't provided the MLM software based on the customers' requested requirements

We receive assistance in finding out the details of the problem on the side of the customer.

If we fail to address the MLM software issues within an amount of time.

The refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensation or additional reimbursements.

If we fail to provide or deliver the project on time.

Cases, where customers are ineligible for their refund:

If the customer refuses to follow the instructions of the rocket MLM software solutions or doesn’t provide the requested assistance.

If there is a bug in the workflow of the MLM software, Customers can report a reason.

The software was purchased by mistake that it does something that it is not intended to do.

The problem is caused by the customer’s network settings or by a third-party application or device

The software purchased from us was lost, or crashed.
